The tickets are booked and the visas are stamped…

We just purchased our tickets for our June business trip. My husband and I travel to Asia about three times a year for our furniture business, but this will be the first trip I’m officially shopping for Wanderloot.com. So what’s on my shopping list?

Tai Chi in Shanghai

I’ve got my eye on a ceramics company in Shanghai. They make limited edition porcelain pieces with clean, elegant lines. If it works out, I’ll be featuring them on the Wanderloot.com.

This trip we’ll be making a stopover in Bali. I’ve never visited before, but I’ve got visions of ikat fabrics and Balinese masks dancing in my head. Who knows what I’ll find, but I’m excited about the potential.

The website is being built as I type, so Wanderloot.com is getting closer to becoming a virtual reality. So many little details, but it’s all coming together.

I am itchy to get back on the road. Asia has become a great passion for me and I’m looking forward to sharing what I find.

More to come from my travels…
